• Cap & Gowns - You may purchase your cap, gown, and tassel through SoCalGrad website here.

• SoCalGrad - Optional Graduation Items - If you are interested in ordering additional items for graduation (other than cap, gown, and tassel), you can do so on the SoCalGrad website.

• CSArts-SGV Support Our Seniors (SOS) Parent Group - Parents of Seniors should join this group to get involved with parent-planned activities and senior-support initiatives.

• Official transcripts for current students are requested through Parchment.com.

Sign in OR Create an Account on Parchment

1. Click "Order".
2. Click "An Academic Organization, Admissions Office, Business, or Other Organization".
3. Type in the name of the institution in the search bar. Please Note: If you are applying to more than 1 Common App School, you can type in "Common App" and select "The Common Application (First Year Applicants)".
4. On the next page, under "TO," Select "Send Now" in the dropdown menu.
5. Click "Save and Continue," then click "Continue" on the next page.
6. Sign & Type your Name, then check the box "I certify under penalty of law that I am the individual identified above and I am authorized to take this action.".
7. Click "Save and Continue".
8. Enter your payment information.
9. Then, click "Checkout".

2. Click "Order". 
3. Click "Yourself or Another Individual".
4. Check the box: "I am sending this order to myself".
5. Type in your Full Name & Email Address, then click "Save".
6. On the next page, under "TO," Select "Send Now" in the dropdown menu.
7. Push "Save and Continue," then press "Continue".
8. Sign & Type your Name, then check the box "I certify under penalty of law that I am the individual identified above and I am authorized to take this action.".
9. Click "Save and Continue".
10. The next page asks you to enter your payment information. DO NOT enter your payment information. Exit out of the window and your "View Only" transcript will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

For the quickest and most convenient way to request official transcripts, Citrus College has partnered with Credentials, Inc. to accept transcript requests online through a secure website. You may request transcripts 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, for a minimal service charge.

Citrus College has also appointed Credentials, Inc. as an agent for processing and sending official electronic PDF transcripts. The PDF transcript contains the identical information as the printed transcript.

Credentials, Inc. will respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions from 5 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 5 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, by calling 847.716.3005
