STEP ONE:
1. All high school families, new and returning, should log in to their family account on Aeries using either their existing login credentials or the login information sent to you from techsupport@csarts.net. This email should already be in the email inbox you used to register for Aeries. If you HAVE NOT registered in Aeries, please contact us at student.services@sgv.csarts.net, and we will assist you.
2. Aeries Data Confirmation and Authorizations: All high school families, new and returning, must review and update student/parent data online HERE. If the data confirmation process is not completed, full access to the Aeries database will not be accessible when school starts.
Please note:
STEP TWO:
1. Set up a food service payment account through School Cafe. Families who qualify for free or reduced lunch are able to fill out the application in their School Cafe accounts now. Even though some basic food service will be free to all families this school year, per federal programs, it is still important that all families who may qualify for the free and reduced lunch program fill out the application. If approved, your family would be eligible for additional discounts on yearbooks, school dance tickets, and more, and the school may be eligible for additional funding.More information can be found HERE.
2. Get involved through the Family Action Network! Similar to a parent-teacher association, the Family Action Network (FAN) provides an opportunity for parents to stay connected to what's happening at CSArts-SGV, while maximizing the school experience for all CSArts-SGV students. The mission of the Family Action Network is to provide meaningful volunteer opportunities; support the school in enhancing students' academic, artistic, physical, and emotional growth; and help CSArts-SGV parents and family members to stay involved through a collaborative parent community. Parent participation options include event volunteering, student mentorship, parent connection/education activities, and participating in school committees/focus groups to provide important input on various areas of operations.
Are you a FAN? Click HERE to get involved in the Family Action Network. To pay our suggested dues of $25 per year to help fund all the FAN activities, please click HERE.
3. Set up a MySchoolBucks account (for new families). MySchoolBucks (MSB) will be a simplified and more convenient way for our families to purchase school-related items now and in the future. Before taking this next step, please read the important information related to on-campus registration below so that you are prepared for what to purchase. Please click HERE for a helpful flyer on how to get started.
4. Apply for a STUDENT (not parent) parking permit for the 2026-2027 school year. This permit is for students who currently hold a valid California Driver’s License. These passes are not for students with learner's permits or parent drop off/pick up. Senior student parking permit applications will be reviewed beginning Friday, July, 31, 2026. Junior student parking permit applications will be reviewed beginning Monday, August, 3, 2026. Sophomore student parking permit applications will be reviewed beginning Tuesday, August, 4, 2026. Applications are approved on a rolling basis, based on completed paperwork, senior priority, and space availability.
If you want to apply and intend to purchase a permit ($70 / FRLP, $40), please fill out the CSArts-SGV Student Parking Permit Application 2026-2027. In order to be approved and sent a purchase link, you must submit a photo or scan of the student’s valid California Driver’s License as a part of this online application process.
Keep in mind that students can also drive and park on both Central (east of Highland) and on Highland for free with a short walk to campus. Once approved and purchased, paid parking permits will be distributed to students from the front desk in the lobby. Students/families will be notified via Student Square/Parent Square.
5. Lockers are available for lease beginning today! Please click HERE to complete the application and pay for your locker on MSB. Locker applications will be reviewed and distributed to the student directly via Student/Parent Square.
6. SENIOR FAMILIES ONLY: Please complete the Senior Activities & Graduation Participation Acknowledgement Form.
