Here are some important details and documents: 

  • Senior Newsletter - September 2024 - This comprehensive document can answer most questions regarding senior activities and graduation.

  • Senior Yearbook and Ad Information - Each year, our seniors are provided the opportunity to purchase special recognition in the yearbook with senior ads.

  • Senior Yearbook Ad Order & Design Center (Coming Soon!) - Visit the Yearbook Order Center to design and order your senior ad. (Order Number: 16817)

  • Cap & Gowns - You may purchase your cap, gown, and tassel as part of a senior package on MySchoolBucks or à la carte through SoCalGrad. For information on senior packages, click here.

  • SoCalGrad - Optional Graduation Items - If you are interested in ordering additional items for graduation (other than cap, gown, and tassel), you can do so on the SoCalGrad website.

  • CSArts-SGV Support Our Seniors (SOS) Parent Group - Parents of Seniors should join this group to get involved with parent-planned activities and senior-support initiatives.

  • California Seal of Biliteracy - The application will be available in January 2025

  • Graduating with Science Honors - The application will be available in January 2025

  • Graduating with Seal of Civics Engagement - The application will be available in January 2025

  • Official transcripts for current students are requested through Parchment.com.

Order an Official CSArts-SGV Transcript to be Sent to a College or University

Sign in OR Create an Account on Parchment

  1. Click "Order".
  2. Click "An Academic Organization, Admissions Office, Business, or Other Organization".
  3. Type in the name of the institution in the search bar. Please Note: If you are applying to more than 1 Common App School, you can type in "Common App" and select "The Common Application (First Year Applicants)".
  4. On the next page, under "TO," Select "Send Now" in the dropdown menu.
  5. Click "Save and Continue," then click "Continue" on the next page.
  6. Sign & Type your Name, then check the box "I certify under penalty of law that I am the individual identified above and I am authorized to take this action.".
  7. Click "Save and Continue".
  8. Enter your payment information.
  9. Then, click "Checkout".

Order a "View Only" CSArts-SGV Transcript to be Sent to Yourself at NO COST

  1. Sign in OR Create an Account on Parchment
  2. Click "Order". 
  3. Click "Yourself or Another Individual".
  4. Check the box: "I am sending this order to myself".
  5. Type in your Full Name & Email Address, then click "Save".
  6. On the next page, under "TO," Select "Send Now" in the dropdown menu.
  7. Push "Save and Continue," then press "Continue".
  8. Sign & Type your Name, then check the box "I certify under penalty of law that I am the individual identified above and I am authorized to take this action.".
  9. Click "Save and Continue".
  10. The next page asks you to enter your payment information. DO NOT enter your payment information. Exit out of the window and your "View Only" transcript will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Order an Official Citrus College Transcript to be Sent to a College or University

For the quickest and most convenient way to request official transcripts, Citrus College has partnered with Credentials, Inc. to accept transcript requests online through a secure website. You may request transcripts 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, for a minimal service charge.

Citrus College has also appointed Credentials, Inc. as an agent for processing and sending official electronic PDF transcripts. The PDF transcript contains the identical information as the printed transcript.

Credentials, Inc. will respond to any inquiries regarding the transactions from 5 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and 5 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, by calling 847.716.3005
